Configuring Teams for Affinity Submission

If your Program WAS NOT tied to Affinity via Step 1: Program Information of the Registration Form, you may use the National Affiliation Settings option on the Teams landing page to configure each division for the appropriate Affinity settings.

 

  1. Navigate to Teams on your admin tool bar and click National Affiliation Settings within the program and division you are trying to edit.

  2. Select your National Governing Body from the National Affiliation dropdown

    • If your National Governing Body is integrated with Affinity, then once selected, the State Affiliation dropdown will display below (Region dropdown for Pop Warner affiliated programs)

    • If your National Governing Body is NOT integrated with Affinity, then once selected you will receive a warning message that integration is not set up and prompted to return to National Affiliation Integration Settings page.

  3. Select your State Affiliation/Region from the State Affiliation/Region dropdown

    • If your State Affiliation/Region is integrated with Affinity, then once selected the Organization dropdown will display below (League dropdown for Pop Warner affiliated programs)

    • If you do not see your State Affiliation/Region, you will select Other. This means that at this time, your State Affiliation/Region is not integrated with Affinity. Once selected, you will receive a warning message that integration is not set up and prompted to return to National Affiliation Integration Settings page. If your state affiliation/region is not integrated with Affinity, you can still export the information and import manually with our ADG/Affinity Player Import Report


  4. Select your Organization/League from the Organization/League dropdown. Once you select your Organization/League, the Club, Play Level, Age Group and Season drop downs will appear (Association, Play Level, Age Group and Season drop downs for Pop Warner affiliated programs)

  5. All fields are required in order to Save the National Affiliation Settings. Once all fields are completed, click Save. Click Yes to confirm the change.

  6. If you have made changes and do not want to save those changes, click the Back button. You will then be prompted to confirm to discard the changes. Click Cancel to discard the changes and return to the Teams landing page. Click Continue to dismiss the message and return to the National Affiliation Integration Settings page to continue editing the National Affiliation Settings.
