Forgot to add a discount or need to add a fee mid season to a team? Adding these fees and discounts to orders in bulk has never been easier!
To access this, navigate to Orders>>Bulk Edit>>Bulk Add Fees and Discounts.
Choose the Program and Division you wish to make changes to. This page will show you basic information about the division like number of participants, division price and registration dates.
If you need to sort by Team Name or anything else, you can filter each column. You can also click on the column header to organize the column alphabetically, putting team names in order.
Once you have selected the players you wish to edit, click Continue.
The next page will allow you to choose if you are adding a discount or fee. From here you can enter the amount, the description and a note (optional). If the player is on a payment plan, you will also have the option to select where the fee/discount will be applied.
Once added, click Finalize Bulk Edits to complete.
