PONY Baseball and Softball Season Setup

Setting up your PONY Baseball and Softball season has never been easier. PONY Baseball & Softball partners will be able to access their chartered teams during the team building process.

To get started, you will need to go to Registration>>Create New Program, to set up your new season. In Step 1 of the set up, make sure to choose Baseball or (Softball) as your Activity Type and PONY Baseball or (Softball) as your Affiliation

The system will automatically display the following fields for you to configure: Zone, Region, League, & Season. Choose the appropriate selections for your league and click Next


Go through your program set up all the way to Step 6. In Step 6, the system will automatically configure your age divisions for you based on the requirements from PONY Baseball and Softball. 

**You won’t be able to create any new divisions here but you can adjust default configurations for current divisions.**

Click on Finish and you’re good to go to start taking in registrations.


Now, head on over to Teams on your admin navigation menu. Once you complete the chartering process through Affinity, your teams will automatically display here and you’ll be able to start allocating players and team personnel.

Once players & team personnel are allocated to each chartered team, the system will automatically send their information up to the National data center for PONY Baseball & Softball - no need to manually export and import anymore! And don’t worry, you can make edits to these teams up until the application end date which is configured by PONY Baseball & Softball.
