Sometimes parents forget their login information and contact the Club Admin. As Club Admin, the best thing would be to recommend they click the Login button on your site and then click the Forgot Username/Password button. They will be prompted to enter their email address and a reset link will be sent to them.
If for some reason they do not get this email or they would like you to change the information, you can change the password for them. To do so go to Common>>Search and Manage Users and search for their account.
Once you have searched and found their account, click on the Manage Account drop down menu and select Update Password.
You will be taken to a page that will allow you to enter a new password for them. Just click Change Password once the new one has been entered.
After this has been done, you will want to update the user on what their password has been changed to. Once they log in, they can change it again if they wish by going to edit their account info.
