This is the perfect feature if you need to share your schedule with others in your organization before it gets posted to the public. You will be able to share the schedule in PDF or Excel format.
1. Head to the Schedules tab, click Manage Schedules and then click Edit next to the schedule you would like to email.
2. Skip through to the Schedule Preview on Step 8 and look for the green ‘Email’ button in the upper right hand corner
3. This will generate an email where you can select your list of recipients, you can even include a note.
4. Click Send at the bottom and you’re all set!
