Now parents can contact volunteers and other parents associated with their child's team. This is a great way for both the parent and volunteer to stay informed about what is going on.
To send a message, click on the Messages tab on your My Account page. From there, click Compose New Message.
You will see a drop-down list where you can choose who you want to contact. You can add multiple recipients to the message. Type up your message and attach a file if needed and click Send.
Once the message is sent, you can track the conversation. The left column will show all of the conversations you are involved in. Just click on the conversation to send another message or see the reply from the volunteer.
