If participants are not registered for a program, or are on a wait list or in the shopping cart, the admin has no idea who these participants are or how they can be contacted. This report will provide all the necessary participant details of those that are considered "Inactive".
A participant is inactive if they are part of an:
- Active program that has a season end date that has passed.
- Archived program that has a season end date that has passed.
- Archived program that has a season end date in the future.
- Have never registered at all.
Participant is not considered "Inactive" if they are a part of an active program that has a season end date in the future.
To access this report, click on Reports on the admin menu.
You will find the report located in the Registration section of reports.
This report is a canned report, meaning all of the fields have already been added and can not be edited. Once the report has been run, you will be able to see all "Inactive" participants. You can export the report to filter down even further.
